i agree that mikuteto slop is definitely a thing (glances at osiris dance) but signaling isn’t really a great example… if you look into the lyrics, mv, and character design you can tell there’s a lot of love and passion put into it beyond just wanting to get a hit

For me, The MikuTeto Slop thing is kind of valid for me personally. There's a good handful of songs like Signaling, Split Dance and Odochina.
But yeah producers saw Mesmerizer hit the shelves and tried to copy the format instead of making something bit more unique
