The Senate hasn’t passed anything “behind the scenes.” A public, recorded vote is still required, and September 15 is only a procedural vote. Regulatory clarity could help crypto, but it won’t magically make XRP worth $100. That’s hype, not news.

Congress doesn't pass laws 'behind the scenes'—votes are public record. The Clarity Act hasn't passed anything. Even if it does in Sept, regulations don't force banks to buy $XRP. SWIFT already built its own blockchain for tokenized fiat. Wall Street has bypassed XRP.
