🚨FRIDAY NEWS DUMP🚨 Today is my last day with The @KSLSportsZone. After 14 years, I am stepping away to pursue other opportunities. The decision was entirely mine. I feel a need to change some things in my life & this one of them. I will be continuing my work with @LockedOnCougars & the @LockedOnNetwork for those wondering. It would take too long to explain what The Zone & sports radio/media has meant to me & its impact on my life. I’ve been truly blessed to have had the chance to live a dream come true for many years now. I owe many thanks & a debt of gratitude to individuals like @DavidDJJames, @PKKinahan, @DLocke09, @ScottyGZone, @LloydColezone, @NateDowdle, @JakeScottZone, @BensHoops, @tlacomb, @GBSHansO, & @gregwrubell, along with a host of others who helped me break into the field & shepherded me from being a completely green intern 16 years ago into the grizzled media veteran I am today. I also thank all of you who have consumed any of the projects/podcasts/shows I have been part of. There’s more to come, so stay tuned. I’ll still pop up on The Zone from time-to-time, but I am eager to stretch my wings & work on some projects I’ve long-had sitting on the back burner. By scoring in the second half tonight, @realsaltlake's Sergi Solans became the sixth @MLS SuperDraft pick in MLS history to score at least 10 goals in his first season out of college.
