SW is aimed at kids.
‘99-‘05 Internet was different and 10 year olds weren’t doing video essays and blogs… those were adults.
I was 10 for TPM, kids liked the PT.
There’s more but even in the years after I had better things to do as a teen than fight adults about SW

What did @Apple and @AppleSupport do when I called? Gave some Ohs and Umms, tried to show me where I could see it… once they realized I couldn’t it was “oh submit a refund request, nothing to be done here 🤷🏻♂️”.
I’m sure you can guess what their decision was!

Come to find out he DOES have subscriptions running but they only show on HIS device.. I, the adult and organizer, have NO way to see this and they deceptively make it seem like you could…

Seems very sketchy to allow children to create accounts without requiring any method of future verification (like an email or phone) and then locking them out the first time they ever get logged out causing them to lose their acct and all the $ you took on it.

I wonder if the @bbb_us would also find it strange to allow children to create accounts where they can attach credit/debit cards but if they didn’t use an email (which you don’t require to create the account) they’re locked out permanently without any method of recovery?
