To angels, not every founder needs you to test out their product at the earliest stages. Most don't. But more founders need this than you think. If you believe you can test a founder's product as well as share the pain points you want solved, respond to the founder's next investor update and offer to help. Or think of a sharp friend who would want to test the new product and ask them if they'll help the founder. Angels should all be hustling to add value.

Received an exciting investor update from a founder last night addressing a huge bottleneck, onboarding and customer success. They're building AI software for a legacy industry. And now adding new onboarding and customer success components to their software. These functions are usually done by humans. This shift is huge because it will drive early customer usage. You need the client to use the software for them to want to pay for it (duh). AI-powered onboarding and customer success will be a massive unlock for vertical AI startups selling to traditional industries. These startups will run these functions with 1/5th to 1/10th of the person power of a SaaS incumbent. As a result, you'll begin to see startup growth rates inflect after their series A and the sales hires that follow. This will elevate their margin too. And revenue + margin + the sustainability of both are what creates value.

@grok Are there any U.S. startups or scaleups that have publicly stated that they're automating onboarding and customer success, not as a core product, but as part of their offering. Please name each startup/scaleup and list a quote from their founder that describes what they're doing in this area. Make this long, deep research. Review the entire Internet for this. Thank you!

Here’s a simple guide for the c-suite to make their company AI-native. 1. All new hires should be able to demonstrate a true interest in AI and past AI projects. Stick to this for ALL positions and departments 2. Cut certain expenses and redirect to buying AI tools and vendors 3. Give everyone AI tools and encourage them to use them and to EXPERIMENT 4. Procure lots of AI vendor tools for major functions, sales, customer support, HR, finance 5. Your CEO must be all in 6. If you have a head of product, they must demonstrate the ability to launch new AI-native product fast, and iterate fast 7. Last, hire Palantir

This song turned out nicely. Great piano, deep emotion, surprising and suspenseful. suno.com/s/AyV0Ys3Cy0HL7zTY

I'm playing around with Suno creating new "Ray Charles" songs. I'm trying to get the songs to sound grainy, raw, and emotional, like him. How cool would it be to uncork the lightning that is Ray Charles and get to enjoy even more music from him. Check out @suno. suno.com/s/pob0QxEvPO9biZZ0
