Finally; a design for The Two Towers that correctly identifies the titular buildings as Orthanc and Minas Morgul! 👏🏻

Oh that's not fair; two of those are mine 😅

I really think nuclear power would be more popular if the cooling towers didn’t look so grim. Try painting them bright happy colors, even rainbow.

One day I’ll remember that the bows are the bit everyone films, and not leave it until the last two minutes when everyone’s trying to pack the tech tables away…

Lucy Kirkwood’s The Children @NottmPlayhouse is a must see.
A beautiful, scorching play that is so intelligently written, directed & performed by a cracking, powerful cast.
Staged with detail, vigour & grace. Particular shoutout for @JamiePlatt1 / @itsLucaPanetta lighting. 🌍

Miriam Margolyes was offered a role in ‘AGATHA’ but declined after being offered half of what she asked for:
“I don’t like America and I didn’t want to be in Georgia for 4 months. So I just said, ‘well, I want a million pounds ($1.2M)’ and they said, ‘you can have half a million’, and I said, ‘no, I don’t want to do it’, so it just stopped.”
