The debate is still raging over what happened at the Big House last night. But one thing everyone agrees on is that @WMU_Football coach Lance Taylor handled a terrible situation with the utmost grace and class. It’s hard to think of a better example of great leadership. With his example he taught his players an incredible life lesson. And the rest of us too! I am grateful
to share the planet with him.

It’s a disgrace that the highest court in the nation is allowing Trump to put a dagger into the heart of our democracy.
Trump’s effort to turn the Postal Service into a voter suppression machine is blatantly unconstitutional – yet his MAGA Supreme Court is refusing to stop it from going forward.
Trump’s malicious effort to stop mail-in voting is nothing but election interference in broad daylight. He wants to make it harder for Americans to vote so they don’t hold him accountable for the skyrocketing costs, illegal war, and rampant corruption that are a hallmark of his administration.
Senate Democrats will fight every attempt to hijack mail-in voting and rig the rules before voters have their say this November.

THIS. As the decision and Justice Sotomayor’s dissent make crystal clear, the headline is that the Court is postponing a decision on the merits, ruling the states’ lawsuit was premature. That’s exactly what a 3-0 DC Circuit panel decided earlier (with Obama appointees Millett and Wilkins).
I would urge the national outlets that published headlines suggesting that this recent SCOTUS decision "cleared the way" for Trump's executive order to rethink the accuracy of that headline and change it.

Taking my daughter to Florida from DC in August 2021 was like an out of body experience. After a year and a half of strict lockdowns here, we rocked up and it was totally normal there. Everything was open. Disney! Sports! And sports for the past year! We had dinner in a restaurant without a mask! No one was taking about quarantines!
Florida got it right. No one talks about it. But they were right.
Fauci opposed Florida when the state mandated that schools had to be in open for in-person schooling in 2020. Fauci sided with school unions and left-wing activists.
