I promised families denied Federal & State mandated care under #KatieBeckett by Managed Care Organizations: they will not get away with this. These children are our most vulnerable residents, and I’m Fighting every day for all Granite Staters. #NHPolitics #ExecutiveCouncil

Thank you @SenJohnKennedy for reminding our nation of the horrific loss of American troops five years ago. We must never forget these brave men and women.
Five years ago today, we lost 13 brave American heroes at Abbey Gate during President Biden’s disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan. The Biden administration ignored military advice and put politics ahead of intelligence and strategy. The chaos that followed cost American lives. Those failures cannot be brushed aside—they demand accountability. For five years, the Gold Star families of the fallen 13 have carried a burden no family should ever have to bear. They deserve the full truth and complete accountability. We owe the fallen 13 more than just our remembrance. We owe every American who wears the uniform a promise: We will never forget what happened at Abbey Gate and we must never allow those failures to happen again.

Thoughts and prayers are with the family and loved ones during this difficult time.
This one hurts. Laconia PD confirms iconic State Rep. Charlie St. Clair, Mr. Motorcycle Week passed away from injuries while on the way to Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. RIP to one of the good ones. #nhpolitics

The governor has nominated Allen Aldenberg to be the acting child advocate in the state. If confirmed, Aldenberg would serve as the head of the Office of the Child Advocate for 90 days while the search for a permanent child advocate continues. wmur.com/article/allen-alden…

When Hampton fishermen faced delays getting docks installed — they reached out to me. When lobstermen were denied reimbursement for the $250,000 they spent meeting strict vertical line standards they complied with — I answered the call. When the commercial fishing building at the Portsmouth Pier was condemned — I walked the site with fishermen, listened to their concerns, and got to work. I have stood with New Hampshire’s hardworking fishing families and fought to deliver results when they needed it most. In July, Seacoast fishermen, the Governor, and I will officially open the new Portsmouth facility — a commitment to protecting our working waterfront and supporting the future of commercial fishing in New Hampshire. Every day, I fight for the hardworking residents of District Three — and I will continue delivering results.

U.S. Marines Storm Tarawa (November 20, 1943) 🇺🇸🇯🇵 Rare archival footage captures the opening stages of the Battle of Tarawa as U.S. Marines of the 2nd Marine Division launch their assault on Betio Island in the Gilbert Islands. Following heavy bombardment by aircraft and Navy warships against Japanese defenses, waves of LVTs and landing craft push toward the shattered shoreline. Inside the crowded landing craft, Marines wait tensely with weapons in hand as explosions erupt around them and enemy fire threatens the approaching assault force. One of the most costly and hard-fought amphibious assaults of the Pacific War. Digitally restored, enhanced, and presented with sound design to recreate how these moments may have looked and sounded at the time.

Eight-two years ago today, 2510 Americans were killed in action during the D-Day invasion, one of the most pivotal moments in history. Their courage, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment to freedom, help secure, victory, and preserve the liberties we enjoy today. As we honor the heroes of D-Day, we must never forget the price they paid for our nation and the generations that followed. We live in the greatest nation in the world because of brave Americans like them their legacy of service and sacrifice will forever be remembered.
RIGHT NOW in 1944, this is the scene in Normandy. The liberation of France is underway #DDay
