TURNING WARM FOR HALLOWEEN...
Here is the latest 6 - 10 day temperature outlook by the CPC, for the period valid between October 31st - November 4th. There are high probabilities of observing above-average temperatures within this time period. Since our average temperature is dropping quickly as we head toward winter, "above average" temperatures are no longer "hot". Regardless, it is likely we see temperatures in the mid 60s to lower 70s as we head into this time period, so quite warm for this time of year. It looks warm for much of the eastern part of the country, including across the Northeast, Ohio Valley, and Mid-Atlantic!
☀️It also looks to be mostly dry. I do not foresee our next chance for widespread rain until November 3rd - 5th for here in Pennsylvania. Stay tuned for updates!
