Production has ramped up at the company to 6 day weeks for likely the next 6 months.
That means I’ll be working 60 plus hour weeks, I’ll make a lot of money but it’s exhausting.
I just completed a $20k rebuild on a bagger, that’s just parts of we brought in techs it would be 50k easily.
Now I’ve got 1.4 million in new equipment to install and learn over the next few weeks.
I still have 17 days of vacation to burn this year and no one to cover me really.
I better be getting a hell of a raise and bonus this year.
