The extent of our Universe might one day be revealed. Elon Musk's mysterious X Algorithm might too. But what will never be revealed is why the banking experience at Private Banks is such a pleasure, & the experience at Narionalised Indian banks are a universal nuisance.
@MyIndianBank ,
@TheOfficialSBI,
@IOBIndia @canarabank & every other Indian Bank think, we have to thank them for existing & harassing The Indian Citizen. Nationalised banks remain torture chambers to this very day.
Indian Banking sector was doing fine till 1969. Then Indira Gandhi sprung the greatest financial conjob on India( Demonetisation was only the 2nd) to retain her shaky PM post that depended on the left parties. She nationalized banks.
Suddenly unionized bank employees with iron-clad job security realized that there was no need to work,&they cd spend hours analysing the navels of actresses when dozens of customers waited in a queue before them. Abuse, expletives, assaults, neglect of customers bc universal. Even their current netbanking/mobile banking portals r a cumbersome maze, compared to the cut-thro-butter experience of Pvt banks such as Axis, Yes Bank, Federal, ICICI & others.
Once I called my Axis Bank relationship manager that I had received a large amt of money as cheque & enquired when it wd be uncrowded at the branch so that I cd deposit. The young lady responded, " Sir, stop this. Tell me when u r free, & I will visit u & collect the cheque."
Currently I have police cases filed against some employees of Indian Bank( Clock Tower Branch ), IOB Triplicane, & Canara( GH branch),SBI banks in Salem.
When you see an Indian nationalized Bank, turn & start running like Ussain Bolt in the opp direction. Issued in public interest on humanitarian grounds by
@Jasonphilip8 .
When foreign banks work fine with a username and password (and that too via a password manager), why don't Indian banks?
Why do Indian banks require a captcha + otp + specific browser + no password managers + (on mobile: access to GPS location + no developer perms + no USB)?
