Part 1 of buying $100 in PHAR and staking it every 3 days until it reaches .25. I think I am already a top 100 holder of xPHAR, but I know I don't have enough.

Only when you unstake. When it goes to .25 from .07. It will be fine and also will earn from protocol fees from voting the entire time.
