@Se_Railway quite a while ago I tweeted you about a lady that everyday stands in the disabled toilet on the 8:21 from Grove Park to London Bridge. She spends the entire journey in there, just stood leaning against the wall. She does not come out for people that want to use it.
Do not use @Vitality_UK unless you want a 5 month wait for completely valid life insurance to payout and have to fork out for a funeral on your own. By comparison Zurich pays out in 3 weeks.
Do not take insurance with @Vitality_UK, they have been ‘assessing’ my claim for 3 months. Only now getting in touch with a GP. They repeatedly terminate calls, put you on 20min holds & dodge questions. Formal complaint logged on Monday and still no one has been in touch.
@MotivatesLtd absolutely disgusted at this service. Trying to redeem a birthday present and cannot use the card. Have reached out three times by email to no avail. No effort has been made to help me. My mother in laws money has now gone down the drain. What a waste.
Why do companies such as @JackWills and @boohoo cheap out and use the least reputable courier in the industry, then decide that they can’t refund you until they’ve conducted investigations and you’ve logged a crime with the police. If you want to use #Evri accept the consequences
@TLRailUK what on earth happened to the trains?! You were meant to be bringing back the Luton services twice an hour, they were in the timetable and now they’ve just disappeared for this week?!
You just said you were bringing it back! It’s now almost non-existent and I’m having to swap trains 2 to 3 times and get the tube just to get out to Bromley. You need to run at least one of these services. People rely on it!
Dear Hannah, we were sold the idea of fewer services to enhance reliability, yet your own stats show a large decrease of “on time” trains for the last 5 periods. So we have less trains and less reliable trains. What is your plan to improve the service? @transportgovuk
