I rarely complain about @NYTGames’s Connections, which i really enjoy, but today’s purple category is simply incorrect. I won’t say precisely why because I don’t want to spoil anyone’s game but one of the items doesn’t meet the category’s rule and that’s disappointing

This is why I moved from MA to CT. In Norwalk, I bought a 3 bed + office, 1 bath, 1100 sq ft for $535k in Sept 2025. Wish I could have found that in MA.
The “starter home” has been regulated out of existence in Massachusetts.
This 1,600sf, 3-bed, 1.5-bath home in Wakefield just sold for $1 million, $125K over asking, receiving 15 offers after just 6 days on the market.
