My flight was repeatedly delayed from July 27 at 11:50 PM to July 28 at 4:15 PM. I have not yet received any email instructions regarding reimbursement for my $250 hotel stay and up to $75 in Uber expenses to/from the airport. How do I submit these receipts?

@JetBlue Flight 882 from St. Lucia to JFK was canceled after a bird strike damaged the left engine. After hours of delay, JetBlue is now refusing hotel accommodations for passengers rebooked on an 11 AM flight tomorrow, while the airport is putting us out. This is unacceptable.

@JetBlue don’t lie. I spent 57min on hold for them to say $99 is for Ft. Lauderdale To San Juan. The was offered a price HIGHER than the actual website . Fraud. And a waste. At least SW and United have transparency.

Traveling on jet blue 8/11 3:42 pm flight from Ewr to FLL was cancelled due to weather. Stranded hundreds of people at Ewr airport and res agents were indifferent and couldn’t care less. They had our new flight returning 8/15. THREE DAYS LATER. Wehad to book on UA FOR $600 return

That must be why Jet Blue charged me 81,000 points and $412 for my round trip to Rochester NY from Los Angeles California. They also were going to charge me 8200 points for one checked bag. I no longer had points after they charged the 81,000 of the 81,080 points I had .
