Damn. Big move. I think @MicroStrategy understands that with #STRC they have settled on a revolutionary credit product built and backed by the world's hardest asset: Bitcoin. Never forget that it is Bitcoin that has both saved this company and built its foundation.

And in return, MSTR will be saving millions of people with a decent retirement via STRC, their common stock, and bitcoin ❤️

The dominos are falling , George. Reducing debt results in higher credit ratings, soon enough, investment-grade ratings. That opens the door for much more institutional capital flowing into STRC. The next step is S&P 500 index inclusion, huge wave equity 💰. Bright future 💰

I often give ppl this analogy ... Saylor/MSTR are like the cannons at the gates. They are breaking down existing walls. The cannons are very important and may seem like the main character but they would not exist without the gunpowder. Bitcoin is the gunpowder.

It is also diluting existing share holders. Also it goes against Satoshi's initial intent. Bitcoin is for the people not for suits.

Competition continues to breed success. The @Strive $SATA $ASST and @MicroStrategy $MSTR $STRC $STRD $STRF $STRK coopetition (hat-tip one of the ETHTC C-Suite execs) is exciting to watch and participate. Not to fade the other BTCTCs, I'm only one (retail) man.
