Today, I’m celebrating LGBTQ+ Veterans Day. This marks the day in 2011 when the repeal of “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” went into effect. Throughout our nation's history, LGBTQ+ Americans have served in our Armed Forces with honor. I'm proud to salute their sacrifice. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️
