Looks like an American Lab. No blocky head, longer legs, CRAZY energy level. We live in TX and got an American Lab. Zero concerns about obesity; he ignores food in his bowl until he’s really hungry.

He was bred as a gun dog, but didn’t like the sound of guns, apparently, and his bloodline has supposedly had the “greedy gene” bred out. He ignores people’s food, but loves his own. I hadn’t heard of American Labs, so thank you for sharing this!
