Since @Romer responded to me directly here, I'm happy to attach some videos so the community can come to its own conclusion about the issue I'm talking about. I'm not looking for handouts or to complain about problems that don't exist. I played and lost money on Gamdom for a long time with very few complaints. I've collected videos not only from my own experiences, but also from other Gamdom players in the community. I have also been unable to replicate these same issues on any of the other sites I play on.
I play on a few sites, and @gamdom was my favourite, but unfortunately, they have lost my trust following a recent issue. I will be discontinuing any activity there until it is resolved. For anyone playing their Crash game, please be careful, as they appear to have a stability or server issue that has remained unresolved for months and has affected multiple players. In the end, the issue is blamed on the player if they are using a VPN. If they aren’t using a VPN, then I don’t know what the explanation is. On multiple occasions now, I have experienced disconnects during rounds despite having a perfect connection. I always validate this in real time by checking other Crash games on other sites, as well as with other players, both with and without VPNs, to see whether there is an issue. I am now open to new offers from sites with a good Crash game. My DMs are open. Also, a shoutout to my host @GamdomSimon, who has been one of the best hosts in the space on any site I’ve played on.

I’ve wagered $1B+ across online casinos and am known for lending to some of the biggest streamers in the space. So when I tell you a casino seized $400k of my winnings after a 15-minute session, I think it’s worth paying attention. I deposited $200k on @bluffcom and received a 3% deposit top-up. I played Pragmatic BJ with bets up to $100k and quickly ran my balance to $600k. I tried to withdraw. They paid my original $200k deposit and froze the remaining $400k for “review.” Weeks later, they requested KYC - including from the friend who referred me, despite him not playing there for weeks. A few weeks after that, they told me they were seizing the $400k, claiming I abused their platform and bonus system, while apparently suggesting my friends and I were the same person. The kicker: I never received any lossback or bonus other than the 3% deposit top-up. First session. $200k deposited. $600k balance. $400k seized. It’s been months now, and after seeing the community’s opinion on the matter, I genuinely hope @bluffcom does the right thing and finally pays my winnings.

Dope 2.0 scam
Over a month ago, I decided to play on @rollhub_com after they offered a substantial deposit bonus and lossback promotion for new VIP players. I was initially skeptical, but I had friends who had played there, successfully withdrawn their funds, and vouched for the platform, so I decided to give it a chance. I deposited $66,000 and, after a good session, turned it into approximately $140,000. When I requested my withdrawal, my account was placed under KYC review. I fully complied with every document and verification request, expecting the withdrawal to be processed shortly after. Instead, I've now been waiting for over a month with no resolution. During this time, I spoke with @casinoexilee, who was affiliated with RollHub, and was given multiple and often conflicting explanations for why my withdrawal remained pending. I was told there were provider flags unrelated to the games I played, and I was also accused of being an alternate account simply because another verified user was from the same country. None of these explanations made sense to me, and there has been no clear communication or evidence provided. As things stand, my withdrawal remains unpaid, and I've been left completely in the dark. I'm hoping @rollhub_com finally addresses this matter and processes my withdrawal as soon as possible.

I was invited into a private, "provably fair" VIP game at a crypto casino (@Winna / Winna.com) 🚨 I lost $7,299,672 ($7.3M) - 61 of 62 bets. Then the casino's own owner confirmed, in writing, it was possible to hand me an unfavourable seed pair. This isn't a callout. It's one fair ask: @Winna, prove the game was provably fair - or refund my money. Here's all of it 🧵 (Read tweet 11 for technical evidence + context and a suspicious amount of coincidences - Expanded case in Github)

Today has been full of surprises. The owner of @dopexyz just reached out to me and compensated me with the promised $40,000. I'm attaching his message below because, honestly, I was both surprised and confused by it. If what he's saying is true, it appears there may have been some kind of coordinated exploit carried out against the platform. If that's the case, I do feel for a new operator having to deal with something like this. I guess we'll see the team address this publicly soon, and hopefully more information comes to light.

This response by @dopexyz is entirely fraudulent. Looks like the scam runs deep here.
Good morning everyone! Just woke up and read this pile of shit pure fraud of a reply. 1. I only ever had one account on Dope, you falsely matched me with another player doing blackjack on your site who BTW also lost money. 2. Haha, I was playing blackjack and your originals, how is it possible to double side bet WTF? You are lying in front of the whole public now. 3. How did I bonus abuse? I only claimed lossback on my first deposit and then re deposited 2 weeks later just to get scammed by you after waiting over a week to withdraw? You are not building or operating anything transparently. I am attaching screenshots of my DM with owner below, all lies and trying to force me to accept a $40k deposit refund instead of a close to $100k cashout. I rejected it and even went as far as to offer him to just refund all my deposits so I don't waste time on this matter anymore.

Tried to mediate here but from what I could see the owners or team are not responsive at all, it's sad to see.
I have wagered over $300M on online casinos and have never experienced anything like this. Last month, I signed up to @dopexyz and deposited $30,000, which I lost. I claimed my lossback and returned earlier this month with another $40,000 deposit. I played the same way I had initially played, eventually dropping to around $5,000 before turning it around to nearly $100,000 and attempting to withdraw. That is when the problems began. My VIP host, Rob, was the only person who consistently tried to help. I was told my account had been flagged for AML because of my betting pattern and wager volume. This was confusing, considering the exact same activity had apparently been completely fine when I was losing. I was told the relevant department had been contacted and that the issue was being escalated. I was then directed to live support, which was initially unavailable. When it finally became available, an agent named Preston responded once, said they would investigate, and then stopped replying entirely. I have contacted live support repeatedly. My messages have been left on read and ignored for days. Friends contacted the same support channel and received immediate responses, so this does not appear to be a general support issue. The situation became even worse when I cancelled and attempted to split my withdrawals. The funds were not returned to my balance, leaving close to six figures effectively unavailable for days. It has now been almost two weeks without a withdrawal, a clear explanation, or a final resolution. The explanations have also continually changed: • First, I was told I had been flagged for AML due to insufficient wagering. • Then I was told Pragmatic had flagged my account. • I was told Pragmatic would respond to resolve the issue. • Nearly two weeks later, I am apparently still waiting for that response. For clarity: I categorically deny multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or any similar conduct. This is my only account. I have wagered approximately $385,000 against $70,000 in deposits—more than 5x my deposits in wagering. I have tried every private channel available to me. I have been patient, cooperative, and have given the operator ample time to resolve this privately. I did not want to go public because I believe @dopexyz is a relatively new operator and I would prefer to see them succeed. But at this point, I need a clear explanation and access to my funds. @dopexyz — please resolve this publicly or privately. I am happy to provide any information required to verify my account and activity. I hope the team does the right thing and resolves this fairly.

Hey @DuelbitsJoe, I've been away from the space for some time, but it seems you still haven't fixed what are clearly development errors on your platform. Earlier this year (or possibly late 2025), I returned to Duelbits and was quite active on the platform. One day, while playing HiLo, I noticed something unusual. At first, I thought I was imagining it because I was deep into a gambling session, but considering I've wagered well over $5 billion on HiLo alone across various sites, I decided to pay closer attention. What was the issue? I discovered what appeared to be a critical UI error. The "Lower" option was displayed as having a 92% hit chance when, based on the card shown, it should have been approximately 15% (or whatever the correct probability was). Instead, the platform displayed "Lower" as the higher-probability outcome and "Higher" as the lower-probability outcome. Any experienced HiLo player makes decisions based on the displayed percentages rather than waiting to calculate the probabilities manually. If the percentages shown are incorrect, that has the potential to mislead players and affect their decisions. You might not believe me, but I started recording my screen to see if it would happen again. It did. I captured it on video, sent the evidence to you, and what happened next? Nothing. So I'd like to ask the public for their opinion. Below, I'll attach screenshots and recordings of the gameplay. I asked you to investigate the issue, fix the error, and compensate me because I believe this mistake cost me approximately $20,000. What's even more concerning is that, to this day, another issue still exists: if you have an active HiLo session and refresh the page, the round can disappear entirely. How is that considered normal behavior? And while we're discussing this, let's also address the RTP claims. You promote your house games as having a 99% RTP, yet in the video, a HiLo sequence starting on a 5 (bet High, then Low on a J, then High on a 2, followed by a cashout) resulted in a net payout of 1.79x. Performing the same sequence and achieving the same outcome on Stake pays 1.83x. Can you explain that discrepancy?
Duelbits grew so quick, I stepped away, now I am back to take this mammoth to the next level. No one can you do a job better then yourself.

Four years in the making. Today, BornToChase is officially open for the world to see. We are a full-service marketing and development agency built from the ground up by a team with over a decade of hands-on experience in the gambling and iGaming space. For the past four years we have been operating quietly in the background, no brand, no public presence, just doing the work and letting the results speak for themselves. Every client we gained came through word of mouth, and every piece of work we delivered was held to the highest standard we could offer. That was always enough for us, until now. We know this industry not from the outside looking in, but from years of being deeply embedded within it. We have experienced firsthand the frustration of dishonest affiliate marketing. We have faced the challenge of finding reliable, professional workforce capable of bringing real ideas to life. We have worked alongside partners who did not share the same commitment to transparency and integrity that we hold ourselves to. These experiences are not observations. They are what shaped BornToChase and the way we operate. Transparency is not something we adopted for appearances. It is a principle that has guided everything we do from day one and remains non-negotiable in every partnership and client relationship we enter. Our expertise spans across: Affiliate Marketing, Talent Management, Custom Development, Brand & Campaigns, iGaming Solutions, Product & Scale Consulting, Bug Testing, and Anti-Abuse & Security Infrastructure Development. Over the past few years we have been deliberate and patient in bringing together a group of exceptionally talented individuals who share our vision and uphold the same values we were built on. We have assembled one of the finest teams this industry has to offer, and we cannot wait to show you what we are capable of. We are here to work with likeminded partners and businesses who share the same values around quality, integrity and professionalism. If you are ready to work with a team that delivers, our DMs are open and our contact form is live at borntochase.com. To the clients who trusted us before any of this existed, thank you. You know who you are. This is just the start. Welcome to BornToChase.
