Well this is absolutely marvellous!! Hadn’t come across it before. Supports better uptake of DMS 👏👏. I would say these interface issues are cited in every one of the many interactions I have with GPs via the @HealthInnovNet Polypharmacy programme.
If Gov & NHS can tackle 'interface' issues between settings (often GP and hospitals) they will go some way – I am sure – to improving patient satisfaction, timeliness of care and ultimately, outcomes.
