Job Posting: Campaign Manager 📍 Location: Remote 💼 Employment Type: Part-Time 💰 Compensation: Base pay + % About us: JV Agency is a fast-growing influencer and talent management agency. We manage campaigns from the first email all the way through to the final deliverable - coordinating brands, creators, contracts, content, deadlines, payments, and everything in between. We're a lean company, which means there aren't 5 superiors between you and the work. You'll have real ownership, move quickly, and have a direct impact on the campaigns and the company. We're looking for a Campaign Manager who is extremely organized, proactive, and genuinely enjoys making things happen. If your natural reaction to seeing 37 unread emails is "give me five minutes", you'll probably fit right in. What You'll Do 📩 Own Client Communication - Manage and respond to clients' inbound emails quickly, clearly, and professionally. - Act as a day-to-day point of contact for clients throughout campaigns. - Understand what the client needs and make sure nothing gets lost between emails, Discord messages, calls, and spreadsheets. - Build strong, long-term relationships with our clients. 🎯 Manage Campaigns From Start to Finish - Take ownership of campaigns from the moment a deal is confirmed until the final deliverables are approved and completed. - Coordinate timelines, briefs, deliverables, approvals, revisions, contracts, and deadlines. - Make sure creators have everything they need to deliver great work. - Keep clients updated and make sure expectations are managed throughout the campaign. What we're looking for: You don't need to tick every box. We care more about how you think and work than having the perfect CV. Must-haves (MANDATORY) - Excellent written and spoken English. - Extremely organized and detail-oriented. - Excellent communication skills. - Being proactive (extremely important) Bonus Points - Previous experience in influencer marketing, talent management, digital marketing, advertising, or an agency. - Experience managing creator/influencer campaigns. - Experience with G-Suite / Notion - Bring a roster with you (not mandatory) The ideal candidate: - You're the person who notices that a campaign is due tomorrow before the client realizes it. - You don't need someone chasing you. You chase everyone else. - You enjoy turning chaos into organized spreadsheets, keeping 15 conversations moving at once, and getting a campaign across the finish line without the client ever having to worry about what's happening behind the scenes.
