When Ukraine destroys Russian data centers, hoards of aggressive right-wing bots disappear, and Twitter becomes much friendlier. Isn’t that interesting? So much of our politics is driven by the internet, and so much of the internet is driven by Russians who want to hurt us. Shouldn’t we do something about that, given that we know it?

I just gotta note that Luka plays a huge role in these three, and the problem is not whether he can or whether he'll do it in October. It's December, January, March that this stuff tends to slide. He slows down, he often gets LESS in shape as the season goes on (somehow).
Have to build the habit to have the habit, but the issue is traditionally the slide off later.

I’m so sick of people like this. Joe Biden did an amazing job. He was handed a shit sandwich after Trump caused nothing but chaos the first time. Biden turned the economy around. We started paying down the debt. Interest rates were coming down. Gas was $2.69 a gallon. The Biden economy created 50 million new jobs. He got us out of the Covid crisis. The stock market went up over 12k points. And still he doesn’t get the credit he deserves
Then Elmo helped trump cheat, and tens of millions still voted for this criminal motherfucker. Now in less than 2 years Trump has burned it all to the ground
So fuck these two and anyone else who blamed any of this on Joe Biden

A group of white guys have subtly inserted themselves into conservative institutions and church organizations. They all embrace racial grievances. To varying degrees, they embrace white nationalism, antisemitism, and even Nazi sympathies. They are getting added to conservative institutional boards, attempting to purge churches, and are desperate to indoctrinate young conservatives into fascist ideology. They even surround the Vice President of the United States. Some of them believe the United States is at a tipping point, and they want to push it over the edge and rebuild it in their image. You might think it does not affect you, but, in time, you will see their efforts in your church pews, in your kids’ brains, and in your politicians’ mouths. It begins with shampoo.
