NCAA was begging for lawsuits when it sent out new guidance AFTER everyone signed international players.
Players from Euroleague, ACB, top division France, Germany, all got cleared in 2025. No idea how NCAA plans to defend not clearing some (but clearing others) this year.
Attorney Don Jackson tells me that LSU’s Brice Dessert, Michael Ruzic, and Saliou Niang have retained his legal services in their efforts to be eligible for the 2026-27 season.
Jackson has previously represented multiple international players seeking eligibility.

Almost every news article you've seen referencing a player "signing an Exhibit 10 contract" (Mark Mitchell, Corey Stephenson, Seth Trimble, Jaxon Kohler, etc) is not accurate. They agreed to E-10s, but didn't sign them.
There are nearly 30 Wisne vs. NCAA class members who’ve reportedly agreed to Exhibit-10 deals, but just one (Milos Uzan) has executed their contract to date.
The rest are agreements in principle, so it stands to reason that these players may have paths to explore NCAA returns.
