This was my experience @TheStarSydney and to top it off my hoodie went missing 4 days ago and still nothing. What an embarrassment. Btw they sent a new crew to fix the room then the next day the same thing happened #worstservice

Asking for a friend who’s about to poke his own eye out rather than watch these guys take 7 minutes per decision.
