Why Peptides Will Eat Your Lunch

Syringes are scary. One in five people who want a GLP-1 never start one because of the needle, which is why big pharma and VCs have been investing billions into peptides you can swallow, chew, and

This is so timely. Can't wait to visit China this year!
🏮Announcing the Lantern Summit in Shanghai🏮 In 2025, more new medicines launched first in China than anywhere else on Earth. That has never happened before. Drug development has two simultaneous accelerators: • AI is collapsing design (weeks instead of years). • China is collapsing development (physical iteration speed). Here is why that matters, and what Western biotech is missing: 🧵

Excited to welcome Lloyd on stage at the Peptide Club Austin this Sunday. Link to apply is below.
It's Demo Day! 12 weeks ago, RonanRx was an idea. Today we’re growing 57% week over week and building a full-stack pharmaceutical company. Fundraising was the easy part. Now we have to build the damn thing. This is where the real story starts.

First time on KLOW. KLOW is GHK-Cu (thus the blue color), KPV, and BPC-157 + TB-500 in 5:1:1:1 ratio. After the Wolverine stack (BLC-157 + TB-500) worked great for me, l’ll report how it changes my skin + gut health over 6 weeks.

The most interesting chart from the article: GLP-1 pill sales have stagnated. Users are reporting GI issues as a problem, but the reason for this is simpler: People haven't heard of GLP. Massive opportunity to ace distribution around oral peptides.

Got the founders of the GLP-1 chocolate at the house: They can’t share their IP but say they’re using “double-encapsulation” 🤫
Peptide chocolates/gummies are coming. New delivery mechanisms of peptides, IF EFFECTIVE (and it works for GLP-1s), will crush it on TikTok. Got early access to chocolate from founder who pivoted from koshla-backed biotech into the peptide CPG-space. Who’d try?

Lots of misinformation I’m seeing on X regarding the peptide meeting today and what the recommendations actually mean. Today’s PCAC votes (so far favorable for BPC-157 and KPV!) are advisory only. A “yes” recommendation does not immediately allow compounding. The FDA still has to decide and complete formal rulemaking. If the agency ultimately adds these peptides to the 503A Bulks List, licensed 503A pharmacies could compound them for patients under a valid prescription, with standard quality and sterility requirements. Until that process finishes, nothing changes in current compounding restrictions. The recommendations are a step toward a regulated pathway, not a green light (yet).
JUST IN: FDA advisory panel votes to expand pharmacy access to BPC-157, a peptide promoted for injury recovery and gut healing.

The FDA panel is streamed LIVE on YouTube - what a gift to the public. Only 600 people are watching. Link below! Right now, they are discussing Semax. Passed so far: Epitalon, TB-500, BPC-500, KPV, MOTC-c

All peptides today received a majority YES (both free base and acetate versions) - BPC-157 (yes) - KPV (yes) - TB-500 (yes) - MOTS-C (yes) The FDA usually follows the PCAC recommendations. We continue tomorrow!
