• 69.3M AGAINST

Kraken and Drift voted AGAINST, while @mert is pushing for more YES votes.
I’m still firmly FOR.
But here’s the weird part:
Solana Foundation’s official SGP voting policy says approval requires 66.67% of FOR + AGAINST, excluding abstains.
That currently puts FOR at ~68.8%
Yet the proposal is being reported as below threshold.
So which rule actually applies to SGP-0002?
