James Bond fan once described as The One Show of the Bond fandom, not my words Lynn, the words of The Wizard of Ice! My old account was more interesting 🤷♂️

Robert Pattinson has emerged as a contender for 007.
Multiple sources tell THR that Pattinson is among those who have screen tested for the role of James Bond, joining hopefuls Callum Turner, Jack Lowden and Josh O’Connor.

I defend EON probably more than most
However when it comes to Bond music they didnt understand how important it is.
@DavidGArnold has been one of the key ingredients missing from the last 3 films.
Even an average film gets a few bonus points if his has done the soundtrack

What an amazing evening!
Didn't think I'd make it but I got there in the end.
Great performance and at the pre and after show I caught up with so many friends (also missed a few) and just as important made some new Bond friends. 😁

If true I'd hope it would be Damson Idris 🤞🏻
Personally I'm not against a black actor as Bond, Idris Elba would have made a terrific Bond 15yrs ago
However I've seen the abuse blonde & ginger actors get, can't imagine how bad it would be online 😔
Probably not the right time
One source speculated that the mystery actor testing for 007 is an actor of color whose name is being withheld to spare him the inevitable racist vitriol that would be unleashed online — vitriol that may not be worth it unless he ultimately lands the role.

Maybe this could be our future Bond and Q....
Always liked the idea of Martin Freeman as Q

After the backlash in 2005 to the casting of a new Bond actor I can't imagine how bad it'll get in the next few weeks, months for the new guy 😔
Already starting to see it online with the rumoured candidates

At verious points over the last year I've talked myself into thinking the "front runner" that week is the best choice
Elordi, Lowden, Barton, O'Conner, Turner, O'Connell etc..
I now know once they pick someone I'll see the positives and be happy with whoever it is
