Tony Gant, Director of Policy at Safe & Just Michigan, shared his powerful personal story of continuing to face barriers to reentry more than 30 years after his conviction. By finding a path back to work, he highlights the importance of second chances, opportunity, and removing barriers that can follow people long after they’ve served their time.
