First Minister for Wales @MarkDrakeford tells @KayBurley he is 'actively preparing' for a circuit break lockdown, but adds he's 'not sure' Wales is at that point.
He says: "If figures continue to rise, we will have to take further action."

Mae'n bleser rhoi diweddariad i @CynulliadCymru ar adroddiad @justiceinwales - yr archwiliad mwyaf cynhwysfawr erioed o system gyfiawnder Cymru. Mae'n taflu goleuni ar bob agwedd ar y system, ac yn dod i’r casgliad nad yw’n diwallu anghenion pobl Cymru. Wnaf i ddim derbyn hynny.

Delighted to update @AssemblyWales on @justiceinwales report - the most comprehensive examination ever of Wales’s justice system. It shines a light into every aspect of our justice system. And concludes that it is failing the people of Wales. I won’t accept that.
Powerful stuff from @LauraMcAllister / Erthygl pwerus iawn gan Laura McAllister:
“If we can put the tools to fix this in the hands of our own elected decision-makers, we can grasp the nettle and take another important step towards establishing a proper, mature Welsh democracy.”
All of us @JusticeinWales would like to say a big thank you to everyone across Wales and beyond who have helped us produce our landmark report. We look forward now to the next steps in building a justice system fit for the people of Wales.
Hoffai pob un ohonom @JusticeinWales ddiolch yn fawr iawn i bawb ledled Cymru a thu hwnt sydd wedi ein helpu i gynhyrchu ein hadroddiad. Rydym yn edrych ymlaen nawr at y camau nesaf wrth adeiladu system gyfiawnder sy'n addas i bobl Cymru.
A landmark report has recommended Wales should have its own justice system and:
⚖️Stop criminalising under 12s
⚖️Develop alternatives to prison
⚖️Bring in digital courts
⚖️Cut the number of children in care
