Also yeah, that official Sonic discord was a mistake just from conception. Someone had to have known that with the way the fanbase is, the drama’s & debates that still pop up on this platform in particular, that server would be a hives nest for that audience, no?

Compared to hyping yourself up towards gaming events in the middle of the year with bated breath that don’t have a sprinkle or a hint of implication that something massive will drop there. (Game Awards, I can somewhat give a pass. Two-timer, Frontiers & Crossworlds)

I know fans that were willing to go scorched earth over the game awards 2025, the summer games fest, and state of play within this year alone due to assumptions. Now we reach an event being Sonic centered, live streamed, with surprises in store and NOW we gotta be cautious.
