The new doctor is so close I was able to walk home from my appt yesterday. That makes me happy. But that was the most exercise I've done in a while & last night I was sick & nauseas as hell. Went to bed at 9!
I'll get used to it over time & it'll be good for me.

A young Black man named Dr. Abdul. I really like him. He's friendly & attentive, we joked & got along well. I signed the release, so hopefully my files will be transferred ASAP!

I'm thinking of filing a complaint against my doctor and her "secretary" with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.
After repeatedly telling her I would give the new doctor info when I have it, she's been contacting me everyday asking for the info........

She won't respond to requests to refill my psych meds, but will harass me DAILY for information I said I would give ONCE I have it. It's like she's TRYING to get under my skin and fuck with my mental health.
I really think I should file a complaint.
