This International Literacy Day, dedicate some time to telling a story to your children. Pulling out a book with your child is not only enjoyable, but the American Association of Pediatrics cite that the benefits of daily reading include stronger language and communication skills, increased critical thinking and problem solving skills, positive socialization and empathy, and improved academic performance. The great news is, we know of a few places you can check out books for FREE. 😉
