Idk who needs to hear this but in order to have a breakthrough, sometimes you have to have a breakdown. For example, when you’re at the gym you’re going to feel weaker even though you’re getting stronger. When you’re learning something new you’re going to feel dumb but you’re actually getting smarter. When you’re investing in yourself, you’re going to feel more spent when you’re actually getting wealthier. So when you’re in the middle of your healing journey and you’re second guessing yourself and you may feel like you don’t even know who tf you are anymore, that is when you get to meet yourself. That is when you get to know your true authentic desires. Which means, if you’re going through it you can’t give up now because you’re almost there.
