Are all of these agents within a single openclaw install?

I’ve just recently got a 2nd instance going with a different deployment I do worry that having too many agents in one instance will lead to too much noise

Nice post! I’ve done something similar and I also added a “learner role”/sub agent that routinely scans the wins, learns, errors, fixes, etc and writes them to memory so we don’t make the same mistakes twice and get proactive about preventing issues.

Good start. Not a complete guide. Feels like you started and then got bored. Questions - Did you create souls from scratch or use your main agent to help you create them. What do your souls look like. On the project side, do you have one main folder and then many subfolders for projects? How is this organized and where are your files stored in this structure? Finally, what exactly did you do to resolve the shared memory problem? Step-by-step how others can take action on your recommendations.

Planning, strategizing, and configuration before starting saves a lot of time, money and frustration. Management gets simpler if you know your clearly defined rules & process will be followed. plan->do->learn->refine->iterate

This is an insightful post. I will consider these when I start setting up all of my agents. I started using OpenClaw a few hours ago and I’m glad I came across your article. Thanks Kevin.

I find the onboarding process was of just one agent takes as long as a human employee. You both need to hit an equilibrium. I’m not sure how scaling up from 1 of these to 100 would work without me losing my mind.

Just have to be well structured and have the system, I’m doing 1 new agent per day no problems

Have you considered a management agent that reports directly to you to oversee a larger team of agents ?

Yes, have a “Chief of Staff” agent that plays this role

Great article thanks. I thought the purpose of having multiple agents was to specilize them by actually not sharing their context. Unless you only share one layer of the three layered memory? That leads to my second question, what's your memory setup to handle this? The triple-memory skill? Qmd? Cron jobs to process the daily notes?

what is the big unlock of setting up your fleet of agents as you described, each with their own soul.md and memory, as opposed to just having a universal memory and just one main orchestrator that spawns ephemeral subagents with specific instructions on demand?

Do u put them in like a slack channel so u can visualize all the different people can see what they're doing? Just wondering how to visualize all these different people vs having it all go through 1 clawdbot telegram chat window
