#Eagles RB Tank Bigsby suffered an injury on Sunday and now requires core muscle surgery to repair it, sources say. Bigsby is headed to Injured Reserve, with hopes he’s back in six weeks or shorter.

Found it.
Went through all the camera angles. The reason why the Eagles run failed on 3rd and goal from the 2 (which likely would have scored) is because Cam Jurgens slightly false started, but it wasn't called.
He was on top of Hurts too quickly as he pulled, and his hand hit the ball as Jalen took the snap. Caused a bobble, which meant the ball didn't actually get handed off.
