A woman from the Dalit Mushar community, allegedly denied admission to a govt hospital in #UttarPradesh’s #Bhadohi because of her caste, gave birth in a public area outside the health facility, leading to dismissal of the on-duty doctor and action against others.
Deputy chief minister Brajesh Pathak, who is also in-charge of health department, took serious note of the issue after a video of the incident was widely circulated online.

কমরেড শুভ এখন ভালো আছেন। অল্পের জন্য তাঁর চোখ রক্ষা পেয়েছে। তাঁকে বাড়িতে নিয়ে যাওয়া হয়েছে
গান্ধীজীর জন্ম জয়ন্তী উপলক্ষে বিরাটিতে সিপিআই(এম) নেত্রী দীপ্সিতা ধরের সভায় তাণ্ডব ভাঙচুর চালালো বিজেপির লুম্পেন গুন্ডা বাহিনী।
জুতো ছুঁড়ে ছেঁড়া হলো গান্ধীজীর ছবি! হামলা চালানো হলো কমরেডদের ওপর। গোটা ঘটনা দাঁড়িয়ে দেখলো পুলিশ।
যদিও তারপরেও সভা হয়েছে।
এরপর ‘কমিক’ ভট্টাচার্য বলবেন বিরাটিতে যারা হামলা করেছে তাদের সাথে বিজেপির কোন সম্পর্ক নেই। গান্ধীজীর ছবি ছেঁড়াটা বিজেপির সংস্কৃতি নয় … ইত্যাদি ইত্যাদি!
সব মিলিয়ে যা দেখছি, আইনশৃঙ্খলা একদমই ভেঙে পড়েছে পশ্চিমবঙ্গে! তৃণমূল আমলের সাথে এর কোন তফাত নেই।
