They stopped addressing Mirta after season 5 because if they continued they’d also have to address that her girlfriend Lucy is a trans woman & Nickelodeon couldn’t handle all of that.
Thinking about how Mirta is accidentally one of the best written Winx Club characters! She’s the only S1 character in the show that pretty much gets a completed character arc and story. Although it’s sad that we haven’t seen her since S5, I’m happy the writers didn’t ruin her! 💗

I started watching this new cartoon “Breaking Bear” it’s free on Tubi.
I’m 2 episodes in & It’s not terrible, the animation is fine & the voice cast is STACKED!
I just might not be the right audience for it. This show feels like it caters exclusively to people who smoke weed.
