the biggest mess on agent teams right now is one person who won’t pull or push for weeks and then dumps a huge PR on main. insane merge conflicts. things break. and the person who generated all that code is usually not the one cleaning it. a peer has to sit and fix it. if you use agents, pull and push daily. don't dump your technical debt on someone else.
