Repost from an old post - What’s been done, even if it looks “grassroots” or “organic,” does not mean it’s unmanaged and little effort. A lot of this has been coordinated, highly strategic, and professionally executed. Some called it “centralized.” We just call it coordinated management 🙂(For those that don’t know: we, along with our team at
@rhubarbmedia, manage the
@Kaspa_Commons channel and the previous
@kaspacurrency account (stopped May 5, 2025), now
@kaspaunchained.)
On top of community building, we’ve been creating resources, equipping the community, supporting ambassadors & merchants, coordinating events, and building the brand around the ecosystem, previously under the Community Marketing Fund activities. The fund officially ceased, but the activities kept going, and even increased. Thanks to all who continue to support our efforts:

OK, more rocks banging around my head about “marketing.” These post was not an anti-marketing rant - it was a response to the kind of hype marketing some people keep shouting for, as if attention is the need and price action is the goal. Kaspa does not win by being the loudest. Kaspa wins by being the most useful, the most provable, and the most scalable.
That’s why we helped shape a narrative with Pull style marketing, not Push marketing. We think it resonated, aligned with the project, and has even evolved. Smart, strategic positioning, storytelling, and trust-building (prove it works) PULLS in the markets that will actually take Kaspa the furthest. It’s the better play. And that kind of pull is mainly launched off MVPs (Minimum Viable Products), not speculative hype. Even amplification around documentation, fundamentals, and philosophy is not enough for multi-trillion-dollar markets. Those markets don’t buy belief, they buy proof. Proof looks like: • Demos • Proofs of concept • Repeatable outcomes over time That is what moves enterprise, infrastructure, and serious capital.
Yonatan Sompolinsky’s (
@hashdag) keynote session from@Tokenize_LDN nailed it. This Flywheel is the positioning and the process. All we need is to collectively speak the same language, and amplify this narrative into the real world to strengthen and animate the Kaspa Story. Join us.

Which also means the real “marketing investment" isn’t just ads. It’s investing in the people and orgs (and yes, messaging and marketing pros) who can present the product properly, equip the community, and impress the real markets to build on it. And if someone has millions to spend on ads, great. But in this field, Pull marketing still works better than Push.
Push: “Hey! Look at me!”
Pull: “Here’s something useful.”
Push marketing is distribution. Pull marketing is positioning + storytelling + trust-building. If your positioning is unclear, both push and pull underperform. But push is the one that gets expensive fast. So where do we start? We start by making the positioning clear, then amplifying this narrative across all platforms, and offering it to everyone doing frontline, real market-focused work. Thanks,
@KaspaKii,
@KaspaCom ,
@kasmediadotcom et al. And we all need to support and champion the real-world development exploding in the ecosystem with teams like,
@Igra_Labs and marketing/community resource development like
@KasMaporg
and tools like,
@AppKaskad,
@KurncySolutions,
- platforms like

Again, sorry to leave anyone out - you all are legends! That’s what we and the supporting marketing community have been expressing for 4+ years, and it’s what helped build the brand globally in the early stage. As we moved toward Crescendo last year, we started sharpening the positioning into a new narrative. We need a new awakening around this. A repositioning of the “Way” and more skilled professionals to join the cause. The new positioning is clear in our minds: Kaspa is positioning itself as a standard of decentralized settlement: fast enough for real-time coordination, secure and fair enough for global value transfer, and accessible through low-cost nodes and open-source extensibility. Simply put: Kaspa is Sovereignty as a Service. Real-time settlement technology that anyone can run, and anyone can build on.
Now we build and prove it.
