This is good. Creating safe legal routes for those in need has to go in hand with tougher action on criminals operating small boats. There are currently no safe routes for those in need - like Afghani women & Palestinians - resulting in desperate & unsafe measures.

My son has been in the children’s hospital the last few days. Thankful he's turned a corner today 🙏 there's really nothing like time spent with sick children & the phenomenal staff caring for them (despite the pressures) to put it all in perspective 😢 @fergal_sherry
