Protein planning was taking up way too much headspace. It shouldn’t be this complicated. So I built What The Whey 💪 Try the link in comments ⬇️

Even more shocking are the real estate prices here, like you are committed to Gurgaon out of all the places?!
I am in Gurgaon rn and can’t believe so many high salaried people are choosing to spend a significant portion of there life here

tbh I don’t know a single person who reapplies sunscreen every 2 hours
Things people believe about sunscreen that aren't true: 1. 'I work from home, I don't need it' - UVA comes through windows 2. 'my makeup has SPF' - you'd need double the amount of what your makeup product has. 3. ‘one morning application is enough' - it lasts 2-3 hours, not 12 4. 'sunscreen breaks me out' - the wrong formula does. the right one won't Indian skin pigments faster than it burns. Sunscreen is the cheapest anti-pigmentation product you own.

There is a child with a rare disease who is currently suffering and struggling to manage his symptoms. Rare as this is, you can directly help him. Today we are launching the "Rare Disease, Real Kid" Hackathon, and there are $50,000 in prizes from @AnthropicAI and @awscloud. We (@huggingface & @Sagebio) are helping this child open his genome and clinical data to the community, so that we can find what's caused his disease and what currently-approved drugs could help him. I doubt I need to motivate this much further or explain how rare it is for a family to share their child's genome and clinical data, but if you're not sure, consider this: Until very recently, it wasn't feasible for patients like this to get treatment because their disease was so rare that the economics could never justify the investment. Now, as we've seen, people with rare diseases are starting to be able to find the answers themselves (with the help of AI tools, cheaper sequencing, etc). This kid is not able to do that for himself and neither are his parents, so we're asking you for help. Both for this kid and to prove that it's possible for everyone else suffering from a rare disease. More details in 🧵. sagebio-rare-disease-real-ki…

No man, no one can convince me its remotely okay
we fear hospitals and forget most of us were born in one. the first room you ever entered was a hospital room @superhealth X @localhosthq spending saturday night reminding bengaluru of that, with live music in the corridors. the hospital paradox we treat it as where things end, when for most of us it's where everything started.

Being with the man I adore has made me even more driven to earn money It gives you the freedom to dream bigger, experience more, and build a life together that you might not have imagined possible And tbh anything shared with him becomes a worthwhile memory ♥️
you just need someone who loves you unconditionally to live a happy life. Money does not equal happiness.

It’s interesting how my husband and I perceive the nostalgia attached to airports so differently For me, airports signified new beginnings college, trips, meeting new people, I have an innate sense of happiness when sitting in aiport For him, airports meant leaving his father and his favourite city behind for a better life I think the difference comes down to optionality I saw airports as a place of multiple directions I could take in life and for him it was absence of choice that led him there
My fav place on earth is the airport

When we used to go to school, my mom used to be so sparce with using butter and we used to have breads sandwich as a sunday treat Cut to me shifting to Pune for work and was surprised to see bun maska being a taple and it was even more surprising to see so many dishes served with pav (ladi pav to be specific)
Okay, I gave in to the hype and “paid marketing” of @FirstClubIndia Bun Maska, and I’m happy to announce it has lived up to its hype The softness, the texture and the butter, everything 10/10 🫶🏻 But I’m still on a side quest to find The One! Until then this can be a go-to 🙂‍↔️🫣
