Tariffs are on-again, off-again, on-again. But one thing clear, despite a claim by Wisconsin US @RepTiffany, is Canada's tariffs on US dairy are essentially zero. Canada does have tariffs on the books exceeding 200% -- but they're based on quotas. And the tariffs are not 1/2
