WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR MIND WHEN THE ENTIRE WORLD FORGETS YOU EXIST? In @MarvelStudios @Marvel @SpiderMan @SpiderManMovie : Brand New Day, Peter Parker makes an impossible sacrifice. Everyone remembers Spider-Man, but nobody remembers Peter. He is grieving people who are still alive, carrying an entire history of love and friendship that now exists in only one mind: his. When I look at Peter's story, I see how so many of us try to survive our deepest pain. We throw ourselves into non-stop work, helping everyone else, trying to stay busy so we never have to sit alone with the silence. But productivity can hide pain, and being needed can feel safer than being known. If your world feels like it has forgotten you, please don't forget yourself. The world doesn't need you to be a superhero. It needs you to be here. You are allowed to rest, you are allowed to grieve, and you are allowed to ask for help. “OUR ARMOR MIGHT KEEP US SAFE FOR A MOMENT, BUT IF WE NEVER TAKE IT OFF, IT BECOMES OUR PRISON." 🛡️ piped.video/quCU9RU1CSs?is=uJaF… For over eight decades, comic book fans have debated whether @Batman is a hero, a vigilante, or a broken man. But if you look past the cowl and the Gotham skyline, Bruce Wayne's story offers a deep look at what happens when grief goes unaddressed. In the newest episode of @IssuesComics, @YouTube I sit down to break down the psychology behind Gotham: 1️⃣ How trauma can trick your mind into living in constant hypervigilance. 2️⃣ The thin line between turning pain into a healthy purpose versus an unhealthy obsession. 3️⃣ Why Bruce doesn't survive because he stays isolated, but because the Bat-Family refuses to abandon him. If you've been living behind your own armor or carrying a burden that feels too heavy to name, I want you to hear me: you do not have to carry the weight of the world on your shoulders. What if some of our greatest conversations about mental health have been hiding inside comic books all along? piped.video/_CBAk24dtww?is=6CKt… I’m proud to introduce ISSUES: COMICS & MENTAL HEALTH, a new docuseries exploring the intersection of comic book storytelling, psychology, mental health, brain health, trauma, resilience, recovery, and hope. For decades, we’ve watched superheroes and villains experience grief, trauma, identity struggles, isolation, fear, responsibility, loss, and extraordinary adversity. We call them fictional characters. But the emotions behind their stories are profoundly human. After more than two decades of work in mental health advocacy, suicide prevention, storytelling, filmmaking, and education, I wanted to build something that could reach people through a language millions already understand and love: comics. ISSUES isn’t about diagnosing fictional characters. It’s about using extraordinary stories to begin meaningful conversations about real human experiences. Because perhaps what makes a hero compelling isn’t invincibility. It’s vulnerability, perseverance, and the decision to rise again. The official trailer for ISSUES: COMICS & MENTAL HEALTH is live now. Watch it. Share it. Join us. And I’d love to hear from you: Which comic book character or storyline taught you something meaningful about being human? #IssuesComicsAndMentalHealth #MentalHealth #KevinHines #ComicBooks #Storytelling #MentalHealthAwareness #Resilience #Filmmaking #BrainHealth

“ALL I GOTTA DO IS GET TO THE NEXT DAY…AND IT’LL GET BETTER.” @michaelirvin88 Read that again. Because when those words come from Michael Irvin, they carry weight. During our special HINESIGHTS PODCAST Mini Episodes at @fanaticsfest by Fanatics at the Javits Center , HINESIGHTS co host @ricklicht329 Rick Licht, Esq. crossed paths with the one and only Michael “The Playmaker” Irvin. A Pro Football Hall of Famer. A three time Super Bowl champion. A five time Pro Bowler. A member of the NFL’s 1990s All Decade Team. A Dallas Cowboys legend who finished his remarkable career with 750 receptions, 11,904 receiving yards and 65 touchdowns. Michael Irvin knows something about winning. But this conversation wasn’t about Super Bowl rings. It wasn’t about touchdowns. It wasn’t about statistics. It was about HOPE. And what Michael said stopped me in my tracks: “The Bible says in all things, don’t ever lose hope. Hope says that there’s something in front of me better than whatever hell’s behind me.” Then he repeated the message because some words are simply too important to hear only once: “All I gotta do is get to the next day and it’ll be better. All I have to do is get to the next day and it’ll get better! I have hope. KEEP HOPE!” That moves mountains for me. Because sometimes hope isn’t believing that everything will magically become perfect. Sometimes hope is simply believing there is something worth reaching tomorrow for. One more sunrise. One more conversation. One more opportunity. One more moment that could change everything. When today feels unbearable, you do not have to solve the rest of your life today, Get to tomorrow. And when tomorrow comes, get to the next tomorrow. Keep going. Keep believing that what is ahead of you can be greater than what is behind you. Michael Irvin spent his legendary career proving that great plays can change games. But these words could help change a life. KEEP HOPE. Thank you, Michael, for giving this message to the HINESIGHTS Podcast and to everyone who needs to hear it today. Send this to someone who needs a reason to believe in tomorrow. 📸 @callmetimes Patrick Tiu Publicist @GZ_Publicity Gardenia Zuniga-Haro

“NEVER QUIT AT ANYTHING YOU DO… EVEN IF YOU FAIL, GET UP & KEEP GOING.” Those words from National Basketball Association @NBA legend @DWilkins21 stopped us in our tracks. At Fanatics with @Fanatics at the Javits Center , my great friend and HINESIGHTS PODCAST Mini Episodes co host Rick Licht, Esq. sat down with the incredible Dominique Wilkins and asked him about the mindset that has carried him through adversity, challenges, setbacks, and life beyond basketball. His answer was powerful & simple: “Never quit at anything you do… Even if you fail, get up and keep going.” Think about that. He did not say you will never fail. He said keep going when you do. Because failure is not final. A setback is not the end. A painful moment does not get to determine the rest of your life. Sometimes resilience is taking one more step when your mind is telling you there is no road ahead. Keep going anyway. Thank you, Dominique, for reminding us that our greatest victories are not always measured by trophies, championships, statistics, or applause. Sometimes the greatest victory is refusing to give up on yourself. And thank you to Rick Licht for continuing to make these @HinesightsPodcast conversations about something bigger than sports. About the human being behind the legend. About resilience. About mental health. About hope. And about what keeps us moving forward when life knocks us down. You may fail.
You may fall.
You may struggle.
But you can rise again. As @DominiqueWilkins reminded us: “NEVER QUIT AT ANYTHING YOU DO… EVEN IF YOU FAIL, GET UP & KEEP GOING.” Because you never know what extraordinary chapter of your life may be waiting on the other side of the moment you almost gave up. What does taking care of your mental health actually look like? Sometimes, it starts with moving your body. Sometimes, it starts with opening a journal and putting into words what you have been carrying inside. At @fanaticsfest with @fanatics , we had the opportunity to meet the ever so incredible Maddie, representing @ufc and @paramountplus , and ask her about the practices that help her protect her wellbeing and mental health. Her top two? Working out and journaling. Two practices that may sound simple, but can be incredibly meaningful. Movement can give us an outlet for stress, help us reconnect with our bodies, and create space between ourselves and the pressure of the day. Journaling can give our thoughts somewhere to go. It can help us slow down, reflect, process what we are feeling, recognize patterns, celebrate progress, and sometimes put words to emotions we have not yet been able to say out loud. Because this is exactly why these @hinesightspodcast Fanatics Mini Episodes matter. In the middle of one of the biggest celebrations of sports, entertainment, competition, and culture, we are asking people a different kind of question: How do you take care of your mind? We need more of these conversations. In sports. In entertainment. In our workplaces. Everywhere. Thank you, Maddie, for sharing a piece of what keeps you grounded and reminding us that caring for our minds can begin with small, intentional choices repeated over time. Move your body. Write it down. Talk it out. Ask for help when you need it. Keep choosing your wellbeing. Because taking care of your mental health is not weakness. It is part of how we build the strength to keep going. 🎙️ @HinesightsPodcast 🏟️ @FanaticsFest @Fanatics 🥊 @ufc 🎬 @paramountplus #HinesightsPodcast #FanaticsFest #MentalHealth #MentalWellness #MentalHealthMatters

There are moments when life gets so loud that we forget to listen to what matters most. The pressure. The expectations. The deadlines. The comparisons. The fear of falling behind. The need to keep proving ourselves. And somewhere inside all that noise, we can lose sight of the people we love, the life we have, and even ourselves. @serenawilliams said it beautifully: “Life can sometimes feel overwhelming and it’s easy to lose sight of what truly matters.” Coming from one of the greatest athletes of all time, those words carry weight. Because strength is not simply about championships, records, trophies, or being able to endure more than everyone else. Sometimes strength is recognizing when you are overwhelmed. Sometimes strength is putting down what was never yours to carry. Sometimes strength is turning off the noise, reaching out to someone you trust, asking for help, getting some rest, and remembering that your worth was never determined by your productivity, your performance, or your perfection. You are a human being before you are anything you achieve. So today, ask yourself: What truly matters to me? Who matters? What deserves my energy? What can I release? And what do I need to do today to protect my mental health, brain health, peace, and wellbeing? Life will get overwhelming sometimes. But in those moments, come back to what is real. Love. Connection. Purpose. Community. Presence. Hope. Thank you, Serena, for the reminder that even the strongest among us can feel overwhelmed. You do not have to carry everything at once. You just have to keep choosing what truly matters. And please remember: Your life matters. Your mental health matters. And YOU matter. 📸 @callmetimes Patrick Tiu PUBLICITY @GZ_Publicity Cohost HINESIGHTS PODCAST Rick Licht, Esq. Event @Fanatics @javitscenter

Some conversations go far beyond medals. This week on the @hinesightspodcast Mini Episodes #series, at @FanaticsFest Fest @Fanatics my friend and co host @ricklicht329 talked to one of the fastest men on Earth, @LylesNoah Noah Lyles is far more than an Olympic champion and World Champion sprinter. He is one of the most decorated track and field athletes of his generation, known for his electrifying speed in the 100 and 200 meters, multiple world titles, Olympic gold, and for inspiring millions through his authenticity both on and off the track. What makes Noah truly extraordinary isn’t just how fast he runs. It’s his willingness to slow down long enough to talk honestly about life. Throughout his career, Noah has openly shared his experiences with mental health, anxiety, depression, and the pressure that comes with performing on the world’s biggest stages. In doing so, he has given countless people permission to believe that strength isn’t found in pretending everything is okay. Strength is found in telling the truth. Rick has an incredible gift for creating conversations that go deeper than headlines, statistics, and trophies. Together, they explored resilience, purpose, and what it really takes to keep moving forward when the world expects perfection. Because behind every world class athlete is a human being. And behind every human being is a story worth hearing. Watch this powerful conversation now and remember this: The greatest victories are not always won on the track. Sometimes they’re won quietly, within ourselves. 📸 @callmetimes Publicity @GZ_Publicity Cohost @ricklicht329 #NoahLyles #TrackAndField #Olympics #MentalHealth MentalHealthAwareness BrainHealth Resilience Hope MentalWellness AthleteMentalHealth SportsPsychology Performance Healing HinesightsPodcast KevinHines RickLicht FanaticsFest2026 SuicidePrevention YouAreNotAlone PromiseToLive

Seven days ago at @FanaticsFest , @Fanatics I had the privilege of sitting beside my friend and @hinesightspodcast cohost, @ricklicht329 as we spoke about something far more important than sports, fame, or success. We talked about people. I asked Rick what stood out to him most about @LoganPaul , @mikemajlak , and Jeff Levin after watching them champion our upcoming documentary, @deathbridgefilm , and support our mission to bring hope, mental health education, and suicide prevention to the world. Without hesitation, he smiled and said: “They’re great guys with great hearts.” Simple. Honest. True. The world often judges people by headlines, their past, highlight reels, or social media clips. But when the cameras stop rolling, character is revealed in how someone treats people who can do nothing for them, how they show up for a cause bigger than themselves, and how willing they are to use their platform to help save lives. That is what I have experienced with Logan, Mike, and Jeff. Their belief in Death Bridge is not about a film. It is about creating a future where fewer families lose someone they love to suicide, where conversations about mental health become as normal as conversations about physical health, and where hope reaches people before despair does. Rick has spent a lifetime building worlds that inspire millions. For him to recognize the heart behind these men means more than he knows. Thank you, Rick, for your friendship, your wisdom, and your unwavering belief in this mission. And thank you, Logan, Mike, and Jeff, for proving that influence is at its greatest when it is used in service of others. Great people leave a legacy. The greatest people leave hope. 📸 @callmetimes Patrick Tiu Publicity @GZ_Publicity Cohost @ricklicht329

Some of the strongest people you’ll ever meet are fighting battles you’ll never see. When we saw @obj (Odell Beckham Jr.) at @Fanatics , at the @javitscenter we didn’t lean into learning about catches, championships, or highlight reels. We focused on being human. His words were simple, but they carried the weight of a truth every one of us needs to hear: “Each and every person, no matter how high or how low, we all go through things in life.” That’s the great equalizer. Pain doesn’t care about your fame. Anxiety doesn’t care about your bank account. Depression doesn’t care how many people cheer your name. Mental health is part of the human experience. Behind every athlete. Behind every entertainer. Behind every CEO. Behind every parent. Behind every student. Behind every smile… …is a person carrying something. The strongest thing we can do isn’t pretending we’re invincible. It’s having the courage to admit when life feels heavy and allowing someone to walk through it with us. If you’re struggling today, let this be your reminder: You are not weak. You are not alone. You are not beyond hope. No matter how high you’ve climbed… No matter how low you’ve fallen… Your story isn’t over. Thank you, @obj, for using your platform to remind the world that vulnerability isn’t weakness. It’s humanity. If this message reaches someone who needs it today, share it. You never know whose life could change because you chose compassion over silence. How is your mental health today… really? 📸 @callmetimes Publicity @GZ_Publicity Cohost @ricklicht329 #MentalHealth #MentalHealthAwareness #MentalWellness #BrainHealth

Some of the most important conversations happen in just 90 seconds. At @FanaticsFest with @Fanatics surrounded by some of the biggest names in sports, entertainment, and culture, we sat down with @mikemajlak of @impaulsive with @LoganPaul to ask a question that has nothing to do with fame, followers, or success. Why does mental health matter so much to you? His answer stopped us in our tracks. No performance. No pretending. Just honesty. Because the truth is this: Mental health does not care how successful you are. It does not care how much money you have. It does not care how many people know your name. It asks every one of us the same question: How are you… really? I’m deeply grateful to Mike for using his platform to remind people that vulnerability is not weakness. It is one of the greatest acts of courage we have. If even one person watches this conversation and decides to ask for help, check in on a friend, or choose one more day, then every second of this interview was worth it. Watch the full @hinesightspodcast Mini Episode and let Mike’s words stay with you. The strongest people in the room aren’t always the loudest. Sometimes they’re the ones brave enough to say, “I’m not okay.” At this year’s @FanaticsFest by @Fanatics at the @javitscenter , I was reminded that behind every championship, every highlight reel, every standing ovation, is a human being navigating life’s unseen battles. @NBA Champion @DwightHoward said something that deserves to echo far beyond the world of sports: “Strength isn’t found in pretending to be okay. It’s found in having the courage to say when you’re not.” That isn’t just a quote. It’s a blueprint for survival. For far too long, we’ve taught athletes, entertainers, first responders, executives, parents, and young people that vulnerability is weakness. The truth is the exact opposite. Real strength is asking for help. Real courage is telling someone the truth about your mental health. Real resilience begins the moment we stop pretending. Conversations like these are exactly why I came to Fanatics Fest. Not to talk about points scored, rings won, or records broken, but to talk about mental health, brain health, emotional resilience, hope, healing, and the life saving power of honest conversation. If one of the greatest athletes in the world can remind us that it’s okay not to be okay, maybe the rest of us can give ourselves that same permission today. How is your mental health today… really? #DwightHoward #FanaticsFest #Fanatics #MentalHealth #BrainHealth 📸: @callmetimes Publicist: @GZ_Publicity @hinesightspodcast Cohost: @ricklicht329 Thank You 🙏🏽 Chris Taft!

There are people who build businesses. There are people who build brands. Then there are people who build worlds. Last week at @Fanatics Fest 2026, I had the privilege of sharing the microphone with one of those people, my friend and HINESIGHTS Podcast M MINI episodes cohost, Rick Licht. Rick has spent decades shaping the worlds of sports, entertainment, comics, live events, and immersive storytelling. From creating The Marvel Experience and Stan Lee’s SuperCon to representing legendary athletes and helping transform icons into superheroes on the page, his impact has reached millions around the globe. But what impressed me most wasn’t his résumé. It was his heart. Together, we stood with world class athletes, visionary leaders, creators, entrepreneurs, and passionate fans. We didn’t just talk about championships, trophies, or business success. We talked about resilience. Mental health. Brain health. Family. Faith. Purpose. The invisible battles people fight long after the lights go out. Thank you, Rick, for bringing your wisdom, curiosity, compassion, and remarkable ability to connect with every person we met. These conversations reminded me that behind every public success story is a very human story waiting to be heard. For a long time, @Candace_Parker faced immense anxiety about keeping her personal life, identity, and marriage private from the public eye. Them Candace hit a breaking point when she saw her daughter. She realized she couldn’t look her child in the eyes and tell her to be proud of who she was, while hiding her own truth from the world. Candace chose peace over public opinion. She chose authenticity over fear. The incredible Ms. Parker realized that strength isn’t about being bulletproof; it’s about having the courage to protect your inner joy and live your truth out loud.
