Reform are tanking in the polls, as everyone can see. But Arron does actually touch on something interesting. A lot more people are now living under Reform controlled councils. I think the role that has had in their poll decline is underpriced.
Brand new party rockets to the top of the polls from nothing, aces the local elections, wiping out the Tories, adding 1,400 councillors & pulls in £72m in new donations. I’d say we doing slamming it. Get back to your hope not hate bullshit!

Reform want to rollback workers' rights and cut taxes for billionaires. Spain did the opposite - and has one of the fastest growing economies in Europe.

The moment a Russian drone struck the civilian vessel *Royad Mammadov* in the Black Sea. As a reminder: The ship sank as a result of the attack. The captain lost his life, and another person is missing. NATO is taking no action. Russia will escalate further tomorrow.

Oleshky is why Ukraine cannot surrender an inch of territory. It’s a European town where civilians are starving to death & being hunted by russian drones. Now imagine condemning millions more Ukrainians to that fate. That’s what would happen.

.@TheEconomist, NOT a liberal mag, said at the end of Biden's presidency that his economy was "the envy of the world." This is one of the many reasons why. And Trump has since undertaken policies that have seemingly purposely ruined it at every damn turn. Stunning stat⬇️
The trade deficit in August was $36 billion larger than the Biden average. Trump's tariffs have failed.

A strong implication here that this horrific murder was committed by a migrant, and plenty of responses running with that narrative. Meanwhile the victim's white, middle class husband has been arrested. The problem is, and has always been, men.
A GP. A mother of three. Dead in her own home in Dersingham, a mile from Sandringham, while she was hosting a sleepover for her children’s friends. Police called at 2.20am. Children taken out of the house to safety. A man in his 40s arrested on suspicion of murder. She had left a previous practice to spend more time with her young family. Neighbours say she was a lovely woman. They also say this is the sort of village where you can leave the car unlocked all night and nothing happens. That Britain is gone. Not in a city centre at closing time. In a detached house backing onto the King’s estate, during a kids’ sleepover. If a family doctor is not safe in her own home in a “crime-free” Norfolk village, stop telling people the danger is somewhere else. The suspect has not been named. The investigation is at the start. None of that changes what those children were in the house for. Rest in peace, Dr Hannah Terry.
Community note
She wasn't safe in her own home as the person accused and charged with her murder is her husband. That happens across the country, whether it be quiet villages or city centres. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…

270 cars across four German states. Exhaust pipes filled with construction foam. “Be greener” stickers slapped on the windows with Robert Habeck’s face. It looked like radical climate activism. Russia ran the operation. Three defendants confessed in Ulm. Two men, 18 and 22, one woman, 21. They moved to Germany from Bosnia, Serbia, and Romania. Moscow’s handlers paid them 100 euros per car to frame the Green Party and discredit climate policy before the Bundestag election. The court called them “disposable agents. ” Accurate. Now the sentence: • Two men: 3,000 euros each to the state treasury • Woman: 50 hours of community service • All three sentenced under juvenile law A foreign intelligence service coordinated 270 acts of sabotage at that price. No prison. No asset seizure. No investigation into the network that recruited them, moved them, and paid them. The message to Moscow is unambiguous: this is cheap. A few thousand euros in fines, some community service, and the operation still achieved its goal. The Greens were smeared, the public was confused, and the actual perpetrators walk away with a court record and a fine they can pay off with the next job. Russia needs the cost of sabotage to stay low enough that recruitment never stops, making court victories unnecessary. This verdict guarantees the next wave will be bigger. Ten times bigger is a conservative estimate. The German legal system just set the market rate for Russian hybrid warfare on German soil: 100 euros per car for the saboteur, 3,000 euros per saboteur for the state. Moscow will pay that all day.

Why is the Project 2025 guy “going to make history” in a few weeks? A real media system would endeavor to find out.
Trump shouts out Russ Vought and then says, ominously, "we have some big surprises coming up in a few weeks, right Russ? He's gonna be one of the important people in the history of our country."

Tories are grotesque irresponsible vandals
We Conservatives will abolish Natural England and the Environment Agency. Far too much taxpayers’ money is being wasted on dysfunctional quangos that deliver poor results. Natural England stopped 160,000 homes from being built through nutrient neutrality regulations, yet imposed a £700 million ‘fish disco’ at Hinkley Point C that will save just one salmon every 12 years… The Environment Agency has been able to step back from its flood prevention work despite continuing to receive taxpayers’ money to carry it out. Madness! We Conservatives will abolish them because of their track record of red tape, waste and dysfunction.

We need to make Putin understand that he won’t outlast Ukraine. Transferring Russia’s frozen assets to Ukraine would send a clear message
Russia is still convinced it can outlast Ukraine and its allies. The best way to make Putin realize he won't is to send Russia's frozen assets to Ukraine, giving Kyiv several extra years of funding
