two things i told myself i would never do: work in crypto and do operations
(currently COO of a web3 project lol)
the honest backstory
from school i kept launching stuff:
customization studio, design agency, 7+ projects total at a web3 accelerator (including Hippo and Sundog). same story every time: vision, packaging, logic of how to sell it. I dive in, and after one full cycle I get bored and drop it
first real shift for me was a student org where I ran the events at the city council department. there you either become systematic, with plans and KPIs, or you don't function at all
When you run events in the plce with 1,5+ million population, you don’t want to screw up. that was the first time structure was forced on me and it stuck
second shift was a mindset one. stopped looking at myself as "I'm the best", start perceiving myself as material. a character I can upgrade everyday step by step, while checking on my weak points (boring stat grinding included)
so now the routine of carrying VOICE to the finish line is the upgrade I chose deliberately
picking positions where discipline is mandatory turned out to work fine for me
