Yesterday at our BuildHer Hackathon with @shecodeafrica, in partnership with the @apify team. In our early days, organising hackathons used be dicey because getting women to sign up for them wasn’t always easy. Today, that feels like a thing of the past. 😅 The room was filled with women building and solving real-world problems using web data, automation and @apify actors. From health and education to careers, products and everyday problems, I saw some really interesting solutions! Big shoutout to our Community Team, who led the planning and execution of this program end-to-end, navigating all the curveballs that came up along the way. You guys did GOOD. 👏🏾 And if you’re a woman looking to join an active tech community, come join ours: shecodeafrica.org/community #SCAxApifyHackathon
