The radio wheel was introduced in GTA V. It was not present in previous mainline entries in the series. Leaked gameplay shows GTA VI uses a scrolling station list with separate Radio and On-Demand options instead.

People have been asking if/when I will release the San Andreas Twitch Integration mod I've been showing off here. At the moment it's not very plug n play and would be a bit of a hassle for people to set up and get it working properly.
Given the interest, I would love to possibly make it available for everyone to use. That would however require a good bit of planning, testing, and work on my end.
For now I'll simply say it's TBD if/when it will release!
