@kucoincom Completely Unreliable. I have an open ticket since 14 days & paid $40 for the service to be done by Kucoin. Your disclaimer mentions that it takes 5 days. Until today nothing but promisses. It's crypto not a bank transfer.if a bank transfer it should have been received
