Some traders are pushing YES and claiming that the airports were closed but they’re missing one crucial part of the rules:
ALL THREE Moscow airports - Sheremetyevo, Vnukovo and Domodedovo must be fully closed AT THE SAME TIME.
I went through all the Rosaviatsia press-service updates from this month and couldn’t find a single moment when all three airports were simultaneously under full restrictions.
