That is the second four-star commitment for coach Getter. Four-star Steven Reynolds is a freshman this year.
Foster had offers from programs early such as Cincinnati, Dayton, Ohio State and Penn State.
He is an ultra-competitive combo guard who is an excellent stationary and movement shooter from behind the arc, with a tight pull-up game and effective ball-handling skills.
He will impact immediately and fit in alongside multiple ball-handling guards next season. He will also play some point guard.
